In her classes, she shows you how easy it is to turn everyday whole foods into delicious, nourishing meals that support your health and taste amazing. Her goal is to make healthy eating approachable, affordable, and enjoyable—one recipe at a time.

This workshop focuses on easy, flavour-packed recipes that are nourishing and tasty. You'll learn how to create delicious plant-based meals using everyday ingredients.

Many traditional central-asian cuisines utilise pulses to provide protein within a plant-based diet. Your tutor Shaila will harness these traditional techniques in this session. You'll get to taste test as we work through variety, balancing nutrients, and obtaining protein from plant ingredients. This class offers a fresh, practical approach with no fancy equipment or hard-to-find ingredients.

Whether you're just starting your healthy eating journey or looking for new inspiration in the kitchen, you'll learn how to:

Choose and cook with whole, seasonal ingredients
Use herbs and spices to boost taste without additives
Create simple, wholesome meals the whole family will enjoy
