A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members.
We invite you to join us in a wholesome cooking class where we will cook together two delicious recipes.
First will be plant-based burger patties that are jam packed with nutrient dense ingredients as well as No-Bake Hazelnut Truffles for a healthy sweet treat afterwards.
These recipes are beginner-friendly and fun to make. You’ll get to enjoy your creations during the session or take them home, along with a printed copy of the recipes so you can make them again anytime. All ingredients and equipment are provided. Just bring yourself and a curious appetite.
