*Mindful Meditation and Yoga Sessions:* Start each day with grounding breathwork meditation sessions followed by group meditation using mantra beads. These will be followed by 45-minute gentle yoga classes.*Bonfire and Star Gazing:* Gather around a bonfire under the clear, star-filled sky for music meditation, a jam session, and perhaps even some hot, tasty vegan smores!
*DIY Ferments/Preserves Workshop:* Learn the art of making your own preserves and ferments from one of our skilled team members, discovering how these can enhance your health and vitality.
*Relaxing Yoga Nidra:* Wind down with our Yoga Nidra session on Saturday evening, allowing you to relax fully, wrapped in a cosy blanket in our candlelit yoga room.
*Skill Share Session:* Join our optional fun open-floor session to share your talents or skills in a safe, mellow space. We will celebrate the diverse gifts within the group and learn from each other, fostering holistic growth.
*Bush Walk:* Explore local tracks and hike through lush native bush, followed by a warm, homemade plant-based meal back at the retreat center.

During your free time, you can unwind, reflect, journal, take nature walks, swim in the river, and connect with like-minded people.

Affordable Getaway of $120 includes:

Two nights' accommodation with power, heating, showers and furnishings.
All meals (dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday), herbal teas, caffeine-free coffee and fruit snacks.
Transport to and from the city, leaving Friday at 530pm and returning Sunday late afternoon, available for $20.
