This full-day retreat is specifically curated to restore your energy, awaken creativity, and soothe your nervous system.

We are so looking forward to sharing this time and space with you for our collective replenishment. 

Let’s honour and support each other by arriving between 9:00 – 9:15 AM, allowing us to settle in with ease. We’ll begin promptly at 9:30 AM, ensuring we can soak up every drop of this nourishing time together.

We will have a  altar in the space, and we invite you to bring something meaningful to you to place upon it for our opening ritual. Let it be a token of your intention, a symbol of your journey, or simply something that resonates with your heart.

Please bring a Yoga Mat with you and a small cushion and blanket for the movement section of our time together.

Please inform us if you have any dietary needs way ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.
