Wholesome Plates - Roimata Food Commons are teaming up with Upbeet Kai to bring you the same delicious food that our community have been experiencing at our Friday Night Feeds to our annual Outdoor Cinema Night.

We are super grateful to the Christchurch City Council for funding the Friday night Feeds, however that funding has come to an end...and we want to keep them going.

So....this time we will be selling the plates of food to raise money for Roimata Food Commons to keep Friday Night Feeds going so we can keep gathering as our Roimata whanau.

We are still providing both Omnivore and Plant Based food options;

• Upbeet Kai will be making the salads, these will all be plant based and gluten free,
• Bellbird Baked Goods will be providing our bread again...so yummy and vegan too, 
• Cashmere Cuisine will be hooking us up with the best sausages in town...gluten free too!
• Local legend Tom from Green Dinner Table
  will be smashing out some delicious falafel...

Pre-sales will be $10 per adult plate and $5 per child plate, with food available for purchase on the night for $12 per adult plate and $6 per child plate.

So...it really pays to pre-purchase your meal….you save money, you are guaranteed to get a meal you really want and meets your dietary needs!!! It also allows us to make sure we have enough food for those that want it and we don’t waste any of these beautiful ingredients we use.

We ask that you bring plates and cutlery as per usual, we will have them for people who forget.

Born & Raised Kombucha has been an absolute hit at our Friday night Feeds...so it will be available in a range of flavours for $5 per bottle.

All this and you get to come to Roimata Food Commons to watch a free movie on a big outdoor screen and hang with our Roimata whanau. We hope that you will be able to come and enjoy this experience with us with a plate of tasty wholesome kai and help us support our community.
