Whose Responsibility Is It Anyway? Personal Responsibility and Kink

Negotiation and play don’t happen in a vacuum—so whose job is it to manage risk, consent, and aftercare? In this thoughtful and accessible class, educator and author Devyn Stone, author of A Quick Reference Guide to Personal Responsibility in BDSM Negotiations, breaks down the shared and individual responsibilities that make scenes ethical and sustainable. Designed for both newcomers and experienced players, this class examines how self-awareness, communication, and accountability form the foundation of every dynamic. Come learn how responsibility isn’t just protection—it’s power.
