Event description

Join us for breakfast on Thursday March 23rd, 2023 at Gosnells Golf Club, to network with industry leaders and gain valuable insight on the mental health trend of safe spaces by CEO, Emma Basc, of Gosnells Women's Health Service.

Leadership Talk: "Forget Safe Spaces, Let's Create Brave Workplaces!"

Emma Basc has witnessed first hand the changing landscape of mental health during her two decades with the Gosnells Women's Health Service. In this leadership talk she explores the importance of creating brave workplaces. With her work, Emma has seen how the trending concept of "safe spaces" has created a place for like-minded groups to band together and avoid being challenged. We need to learn how to create inclusivity and invite people to be brave when they have no control over who’ll be in the space or how their message will be received.
