    ISER is pleased to announce our first FAME* Sustainability Strategy event for 2024 – “Why addressing the climate crisis offers enormous public health opportunities”, presented by Professor Jonathan Patz at the University of Adelaide.

    It is an honour to have Professor Patz presenting for us. He is a Vilas Distinguished Achievement Professor, John P. Holton Chair of Health and the Environment, and inaugural director of the Global Health Institute at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also an elected member of the US National Academy of Medicine for his pioneering research on climate change and human health.

    Please join us in person to discover Professor Patz's insights into climate health related to the *Foci And Magnets for Excellence (FAME) Research Mission 1 – Resilient, healthy, and equitable communities.
