UN Commission of Inquiry declares:
"Israel is committing genocide in Gaza"

The United Nations Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory concluded in September in its final report that Israel is committing acts of genocide which are prohibited under the 1948 genocide convention.
