By age 17, around half of Australian girls have dropped out of sport.

Our in-person workshop will go beyond the statistics to help you understand what’s driving this trend and what can be done about it.

Join renowned leadership coach Monica Beazley as she combines research, real-world experience and practical solutions.

Learn how your club can build welcoming environments where girls feel they belong, are engaged and continue contributing as future players, coaches, volunteers and leaders.

You’ll leave with fresh insights, practical tools and a framework for turning ideas into action.

When: Tuesday 28 July

Time: 5pm – 6.30pm

Where: Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport.

246 Vincent Street, Leederville

Cost: Free

Who should attend

This workshop is open to anyone involved in WA’s sporting sector at any level: from parents, coaches and club volunteers to State Sporting Associations and peak bodies.

What if I can’t attend in person?

We’ll put a recording of the session on the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport website, after the event.
