Australia’s infrastructure sector is under mounting pressure: tighter budgets, complex approvals, growing stakeholder expectations, and a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Investing in upfront planning has become critical to achieving successful project outcomes. As consultancies take on a greater role in shaping bids, design, and feasibility, digital twins and spatial data platforms are emerging as key tools to drive alignment, reduce rework, and improve certainty from the earliest stages of project planning.

Join Terria for this panel-led interactive webinar as we explore the opportunities digital transformation is creating for the infrastructure consulting industry.

Our expert panellists from Arup, WT Partnerships, and the City of Gold Coast will discuss how data-driven tools are improving collaboration, productivity, and decision-making - and where the next wave of innovation, including AI, is accelerating progress.

What we’ll discuss

The biggest pressures shaping infrastructure delivery and pre-construction today
What governments and clients now expect from consultants early in projects
How better data access and coordination at the planning stage can reduce information loss and duplication
How emerging digital tools - including digital twins - are improving early alignment, commercial clarity, and decision-making
Lessons learned: where are we seeing real progress, and how fast is AI adoption influencing the pace of change?
What’s next for data-driven consulting
