DILL PICKLE CLUB presents The Hannibal Lectures #10

Thursday May 14 @ 7.30pm

There's an abundance of food and flowers available in the shops, yet many of us choose to spend time toiling in the garden.

Why do we do it?

That's the question Gardening Australia presenter and bestselling author Hannah Moloney explores in her new book, Why We Garden: On the Joy and Wonder of Growing Things, Even When We Don't Have To.

To get some answers, she interviewed politicians, artists, community leaders, activists and thousands of ordinary gardeners to find out what drives us to keep growing.

Join Hannah for our next Hannibal Lecture as she digs into the question of why she gardens – and why we do too.

Petrarch's Bookshop will be at Dill Pickle Club on the night with copies of Why We Garden available for purchase.

Limited seats – bookings essential.

Please arrive for the talk by 7pm.
