Why We Self-Sabotage and How To Eliminate It

Gene Monterastelli has worked with clients for more than a decade helping them to eliminate self-sabotage so that they can take the actions they want to truly transform their lives.

Through this work Gene has come to realise that there are four reasons why we self-sabotage. In this online 3 hour interactive workshop we will explore what these four reasons are. We will also examine the practical and emotional components of each of these reasons.

Gene will then share with you the tool he uses daily with his clients to figure out exactly which of the four reasons that are in the way of you taking action, what is the underlying limiting belief, and how to clear these beliefs.

He will also share with you the tool that he teaches his clients to clear self-sabotage on their own that they actually do between sessions, in addition to;
