WIB x OYF Hot Pilates

Join us for a fun morning of movement, connection and trying something new! 💗

We will be heading to OYF Far Infrared Yoga & Fitness Northlands for a 45-minute Hot Pilates class. Whether you are a Hot Pilates regular or have never tried it before, this is a great opportunity to get out of your comfort zone, try something new and enjoy a workout in a fun and welcoming environment.

After the workout, coffee will be provided at Colosseum Coffee, giving everyone the chance to connect with new people!
