Robyn has been interested in Health & being involved with people all her life.

Robyns 1st chosen career was physiotherapy which suited her very active biology very well. The addition of the holistic approach of traditional Chinese acupuncture started her into the energetics of the world.

A personal change  life situation lead Robyn into a dark place of fear, anxiety & depression & asking for help from life coaches & energy healers. Her trajectory changed & she trained to become a Life Coach herself.

Robyn is a lifelong learner. Her path has been one of following her heart to cover different styles of coaching. This includes group work of heart circles; women’s energetic practices; paying attention to the spiritual;  understanding the brain science that encourages better relationships; the personalised biological basis of the 6 different epigenetic health types which drives everything we do & the 7 pillars of wellness that we never hear the Ministry of Health talk about.

Robyn is passionate about helping mainly women become the healthiest they can in every sense of the word. The mission statement Robyn brought together at the beginning of Covid says,

“I see a world where we live a life of trust, connection & resilience, where we are all responsible for our own health, physically, emotionally, mentally & energetically to create a society that embodies equality, fairness & power for all.”
