Mandy Curnow:
After listening to her ‘calling’ for a very long time, Many finally took the leap of faith, just over 5 years ago, and left the health care profession as a Registered Nurse, to start Mandy Curnow Coaching - and she hasn't looked back.
Her aim was to fill the much needed gap in our South Australian town, for people just like you, and it’s gone far beyond that.
As a transformational life coach, and with ‘personal growth’ as her passion, she uses coaching techniques, such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy, as well as drawing on years of experience as an RN with Dip in Mental Health.
She now reaches thousands of men and women, and has worked with hundreds of individuals, couples, and groups in workshops, and retreats, both privately and in the workplace.
Mandy Curnow Coaching was built almost entirely on organic growth and word of mouth referral, and that says a lot in the country. Many prides herself on providing a professional, yet nurturing space when working together to get the best possible outcome for you.
Her intention is to ‘really’ hear you, to give you practical tools, and keep you accountable, whether in your personal life or in business. She helps you learn to manage the stressors life often throws at us, and let go of whatever is holding you back, allowing you to create the life you desire.
This includes working through whatever you have going on in your personal or professional life, whether in relation to relationships, confidence, and self esteem, motivation, procrastination and more.
