WIC Breakfast Series 2026 - 11 February

Please join us for the first breakfast of 2026 in our breakfast series.

This years breakfast theme will be Resilience & Renewal: Strength in Change, Power in Growth. Centred on transformation and wellbeing. Encourages stories of overcoming challenges, supporting each other through change, and embracing fresh starts, professionally and personally.

February's special guest speaker is WICked Woman of the Year 2025 Rosetta Romano.

Dr. Rosetta Romano is an Assistant Professor at the University of Canberra and a powerful force for social good through technology. Drawing on 35 years of government experience, she has pioneered transformed curriculum and pedagogy at the university embedding Indigenous ways of knowing and learning. Dr. Romano drives crucial community focused cyber security initiatives for small businesses and leads vital research into tech facilitated abuse, collaborating with organizations like Nansen to support victim-survivors. Her commitment to inclusive, respectful teaching and socially responsible innovation empowers underrepresented communities and strengthens collective resilience.

We have allocated seats to assist The Marion in serving the correct dietary requirements. We ask that you ensure you select dietary requirements at the time of registration.

The event registration will close on the 30 of January as we need to finalise numbers and dietary requirements. Late registrations cannot be catered for.
