Wicked Elephants Co-Operative warmly and joyously invite all changemakers to join us in weaving this web of change. Together we will listen and learn from sharing the wealth of experience, insight, and inspiration within the work we all do.

In our fast-paced and dynamic work environment, we often don’t get the opportunity to pause and reflect on how we create change and appreciate the challenges we’ve overcome. Or not. Wicked Elephants (WE) will create a collegial and intimate quality of connection through storytelling, story listening and reflecting.

True listening, interactive listening in a live environment (not online videos for instance) can be a finely attuned and rare learning experience.

The invitation to listen is just as much about sharing your thoughts, feelings and experiences. We will meet each other, get inspired by each other, generate new ideas, see new perspectives, and feel supported by this web of other changemakers. WE support changes that generate a thriving environment, regenerative economies and warm-hearted caring communities.

Changemakers come with many different titles - change agents, awareness agents, storytellers, community workers, climate activists, therapists, sustainability managers and many more.

Sharing stories is a universal language, it is how we know ourselves and understand our world. Often though in our fast-paced world, sharing stories gets overlooked to sharing facts and key points, arguments to convince and or to explain. But it is stories that help us to cast a net of relationship and move from a position of YOU to WE. In these sessions, we will share different storytelling frameworks to play with the way we frame our experiences which help us to see from different perspectives.

Together we will strengthen the wicked mycelium, the connective tissue between YOU and ME and WE. You will come into relationships with others to connect and witness each other, to listen and respond to one another to generate a multiplicity of meaning, insights and connections.
