Wicking bed workshop & afternoon tea

Spend an afternoon building wicking beds from scratch with afternoon tea included.

This is a hands on workshop and you’ll need to wear gardening clothes and enclosed shoes. Learn how we’ve used wicking beds all year to grow our own food economically. 

We’ll talk about how to maintain the soil health so you can utilise the bed over and over.

Family friendly event but children must be supervised as we are on a highway and have animals on the 2 acres.

Vegetable gardening in this way is suitable for small and large spaces and an ideal way to save money by eating seasonally and fresh.
