Sophie, the founder of Conscious Flow Breathwork, is a passionate Breathwork facilitator, Meditation, Mindfulness teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Cacao ceremonialist, NLP, Timeline Therapist , Hypnotherapist, Holistic Health Coach and offers sound journeys. Opening your heart, connecting to your highest self, raising your vibration, and awakening the healer within you, are at the core of the practices she lovingly shares.

ADAM BUCHANAN
Adam Buchanan is a multi-instrumentalist, therapist, and composer who believes in the unique healing power of sound. His sound baths will immerse you within SFX soundscapes and live sound healing instruments such as hardpan, singing, gong, flutes, crystal bowls, and many more fun instruments. He is an active musician of chanting circles, folk, and electronic music and runs workshops for sound healing, meditation, and art therapy. He currently lives in the Sunshine Coast and performs at events and festivals across Australia.

An immersive relaxing sonic deep dive. Meditate on the multi layered soundscapes created by Adam and Sophie. Using an array of amazing INSTRUMENTS, that include HANDPAN, CYSTAL BOWLS, FLUTES, SINGING, and GONGS. You can surrender and dream as you drop into a space of relaxation and bliss.

Our voice is intrinsically personal and enables a truly unique means of self expression, while mantras are the vibratory heart and soul of yoga. Join us as we sing mantras, dance, and celebrate together the love of consciousness, devotion, and community spirit. Every song circle is unique, shaped by the people who are involved and the beauty we each offer through community connection. REMEMBER! There is no wrong way to sing when we sing from our heart with the intention
of love and enjoyment.
