Hear from Dr Anne Gordon about how her career has evolved, and the exiting projects and research she has led.

Anne completed her PhD at the University of Canterbury in 2019, while also lecturing. Since then, she has been Technical and R&D Lead at Leaft Foods, a Canterbury-based start-up creating new, low-impact protein products.
