The Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Collaborative Practice Training Module is relevant to all professionals who respond to family violence in Victoria.

Delivered as a full-day ONLINE training session, it focuses on both collaborative practice and the foundational aspects of MARAM that enable effective collaboration.

The online module will enable professionals to:

Identify their responsibilities under the MARAM and information-sharing reforms
Apply a whole-of-family and intersectional lens to enhance equitable practice
Contribute to collaborative risk assessment and ongoing risk management through respectful and sensitive engagement with victim survivors, information sharing, referral, and secondary consultation.

In order to attend these sessions, you must have completed the relevant information sharing or MARAM screening and risk assessment training for your role. You can check this here: https://www.vic.gov.au/training-for-information-sharing-and-maram.

WIFVC would like to thank the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Family Violence Partnership for generously sharing their updated MARAM Collaborative Training Package for adaptation and use in the Western Metropolitan Region.
