Wii LIKE TO ROCK!!!* 20th Century Boy booked a last-minute show at Season Three, and need YOUR help to make it a night to remember! To sweeten the deal, they have invited along the eight-legged, Gameboy-wielding Margaret, as well as psychobilly new-wave newcomers The Strange Love playing their DEBUT SHOW!!! Does this sound like a night you wanna miss? Yeah DIDN'T THINK SO PAL!

20th Century Boy is a post-punk band from Meanjin that are quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with. Their eclectic sound weds dissonant feedback and distortion with classic pop structures and sing-along melody, lyrically weaving in topics ranging from video games and film sets to digital apocalypse and burnout. They're often silly, they're often sincere - and they mean every word, even when they don't. No two songs in the set sound alike - and yet they all sound like 20th Century Boy.

Margaret is an eight legged, whiney homosexual and tart; kicking ass and taking names on behalf of Meanjin’s indie underground. She can play four instruments simultaneously: two guitars, bass, and she reserves four of her left fingers for her synth system fashioned out of Nintendo Gameboys (this is true, come see for yourself). Margaret likes to leave her artist bio as mysterious as her (paid subscription) eHarmony dating profile. Margaret likes Pina Coladas and relieving you of your modern frustrations. Margaret nation 5ever!

In the style of punk and new wave with a psychobilly twist, The Strange Love are an up and coming band on the Meanjin music scene. Forming at the turn of this year with a sound that was born to burn, they are eager to leave their mark.
