After years of running this transformational space in person, it is time to bring it online!!

A weekly space to explore your sensuality, feminine expression and confidence through dance, movement and embodiment.

A space where the sensual, soft, tender, playful, powerful, wild and even raging parts of you are ALL welcome!

No need to look good, nor do you need to know how to dance.
There is no expectation for you to already feel "sensual" or "feminine" to belong here. If connecting to these parts of you feels awkward AF - welcome!!

This is your space to move, feel, express, play and explore what YOUR feminine expression feels like.

Each week we'll use dance, sensual movement and embodiment practices to explore different parts of you - from softness and pleasure to confidence, power, desire and wiiild expression.

You might dance. You might shake. You might strut around your room like you fucking own it. You might feel awkward - it's ALL welcome!

This is for the woman who wants to:

Feel more confident, sensual and free in her body
Explore her femininity and sensuality without shame or self-consciousness
Stop overthinking how she looks and express herself more freely

Dance - whether you've been dancing for years or have zero experience

No dance experience required.

Drop in: $35 AUD
4-class pass: $120 AUD (Must be used within the month)

Wear something you feel great in and can move in. Bring water, a journal and enough space to dance.
