Date: Saturday 20th September

Time: 630pm - 930pm

First release $49.00 for one person $79.00 for two people

Second release: $69.00 for one person $99.00 for two people

Location: Tropical Soul Dance Studio, Annandale

What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, journal and pen, a blanket if you want to be a little more comfortable, your fully expressed self!

What to wear: Something you feel great in, you feel sexy, that you can also move and dance in

**A note on photography. There will be photos taken in the space to capture the magic of the event. These may be used for future sharing and promotion.

Your comfort is the most important thing - you absolutely do not have to be in any photos if you’d prefer not to. Just let us know on the day, and we’ll make sure you’re not included.

**Please note this is a trauma informed space however this is not about healing your trauma. If you go into a trauma response during the event, we do have an assistant at the event that will be able to help you with this however we do recommend you see a trauma therapist for anything that does come up. If you are needing further support we can recommend someone for you.**
