We are two friends who have created an intimate retreat day rooted in connection, expression and reclamation. 🧚‍♀️

This isn’t your average ‘wellness retreat’. It’s a space to embrace your joy, be silly, connect with others and have access to deep healing modalities with a safe, personalised presence.

We keep our retreats intimate to prioritise you and prioritise deeper connection in the group.

As the west coast moves from spring into summer, we wanted to create a space which reflects this energetic shift. 🦋

We blend our unique experiences with different holistic modalities into one full day of magic. A day designed solely for you.

🌻 Maybe you're a traveller passing through WA. You've been on the road for months, but craving a feeling of home, of slowing down and nourishing yourself.

💐 Maybe you're a busy parent. Your mind is constantly consumed with anticipation for what your family needs, but you can't remember the last time you slowed down enough to listen to your own. You're craving a reset, a full day of rest to feel renewed and be a calmer presence.

🌼 Maybe you're a working professional. You're spending hours a week commuting and working meeting different people and work sites. Your mind is filled with what people need from you, your body feels tight and sore and you feel like you don't stop to breathe during the week.

All of you is welcome here. Arrive tired if you are, allow us to hold you.

Our event blends a love for the outdoors and nature with deep healing modalities.
You will be guided through..

🌀 Yoga & somatic movement

🌀 Conscious connected breathwork and downregulation breathwork

🌀 Transformational guided meditations, soul inquiry journaling and other connection based exercises.

🌀During the retreat morning, there will be nourishing snacks and a wild woman inspired cacao circle, a healthy lunch provided and hydrating drinks.

When you leave, you will feel lighter, more free, more yourself. We will wrap you in a bubble of nourished calm and empower you to feel more connected to your 'wild and free’ self.
