Wild & Grounded: A Nature Reboot for women
Description
Wild & Grounded: A Nature Reboot for women
Pour from a full cup. Reconnect with nature, creativity, and community.
When was the last time you just... paused?
Between the endless to-do lists, lunches, and mental load, it’s easy to leave yourself at the bottom of the pile. This is your invitation to step away from the chaos, and dedicate three hours entirely to your own mental well-being.
Nestled under the giant old Gum Trees of the Royal National Park, we are creating a safe, slow space for you to breathe, reset, and just be.
What Awaits You:
🌊 Nature’s Medicine: Sit by the water, listen to the birds, and let the natural beauty of the National Park restore your nervous system.
🌱 Clay & Art: Get your hands dirty. No experience needed—this is about intuitive, tactile creation and letting go of perfectionism.
🪡 Mindful Stitching: Slow down with simple, meditative sewing. A quiet, rhythmic way to ground your thoughts.
“You cannot pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first so you have something left to give.”
