This weekend is limited to 3 women.

Yes, 3 women only - it could be a friend or sister or someone you haven't met before...which could be perfect.

It is called a "solo" as you will spend time alone to reflect and process as well as in Circle and us...

With my work I practice going with "what is".. so I trust the weekend will be perfect for you.

During the weekend I will be encouraging silence outside of the Circle so we can be present to ourselves as we walk, feel, even eat our food. When I have experienced this in my past it has been a real gift...

When you arrive on Friday you will be asked to hand in your devices - in safe keeping - so you can truly be present with yourself over the weekend.
You may give your family my phone number so you can be contacted for any emergency...

Also includes: 1-1 "Storytime" with Joan to help her better support you over the weekend, Guided Meditations, Journaling, The Labyrinth Walk, a Drum Journey to connect with your Guides and more.

Friday – Sunday with the option to continue up to 2 days on your own solo retreat - price negotiable - contact Joan for details.
