Wild Body, Wild Voice : A Journey Into the Song of Your Soul

Hey there, you wild, singing beast!

Do you feel your own fullness restive and uprising within you? Are ready to embody that fullness more deeply as a lifeway of beauty, joy, healing, power, and service?

I know you are!  So let's gather and give your body and voice some room to roam.

In this afternoon together we will explore basic vocal techniques to open the voice, then move into vocal embodiment practices that will help you to embody your voice as a whole-body instrument of joy, healing, expression, exploration, medicine, and empowerment.

Part vocal empowerment and part expressive movement, this juicy dive into your singular body and sound is among my most appreciated offerings as a teacher and mentor. People have told me that just one session felt like a rebirth to them. Seriously: this is good stuff.

This will be a warm and welcoming space of exploration, discovery, and experience: come with an open heart and a readiness to try something different in service of opening to your own wild body and wild voice more deeply.

No singing experience necessary, no movement experience necessary, but you must be ready to do a lot of both in this space!

I'm a wisdom teacher, soul mentor, musician and dancer who thrives on bringing people into states of empowerment, joy, and transformation.
