Event description

Join us on Saturday, November 16th at 12:30pm for a very special brewery tour & tasting hosted by Wild East ownership, including head brewer. On the brewery's 4 year anniversary, the tour offers highly-limited releases from our cellar going back to our first year of operation in 2020. 

We'll begin with a traditional Czech-style Šnyt pour, followed by a tour of the brewhouse, barrel cellar and a Q&A. The tour will conclude with a vertical tasting of the award-winning Solera Saison, Contour Interval, including bottles from 2020, 2021 and 2023. Lastly, we'll taste the newest bottle release, Urban Flora, a three year blend of spontaneous and deliberately fermented sour ales.
