Wild Edge Nature Retreat: Embrace Stillness, Listen to the Heart
A deep nature immersion weekend by the Aldinga Scrub to slow down to the rhythm of the earth and listen to the heart.
Go to your wild edge of nature connection with a fully supported nature solo - a dawn to dusk sit spot. Spend two nights over the log weekend in cabin accommodation or camping, including preparation for the full day experience and integration afterwards. This experience of solitude in nature will gently guide you to hear and honour the subtle callings from within.
Stillness* in nature activates deeper connection with the range of emotions from sorrow to joy as well as deeper connection to the living world. It offers a homecoming to a familiar rhythm. It's a quest to move deeper into sacred silence and solitude, to call the neglected parts of the self home and to open up to intuition, letting go, healing, inner vision, creativity and imagination. (*Please note the experience doesn't necessarily require physical stillness, and the 'sit spot' experience may involve movement)
The final day will involve some group and solo work according to individual needs (such as creative exercises, journalling, gentle yoga or walking meditation, sharing) to help integrate the experience and understanding to take home to our day to day lives.

Costs include two nights camping or accommodation, some meals and snacks. Refunds are only available up to 30 days before the event starts, but it is possible to transfer to another person.
