What do Entrepreneurs do next?

When you’ve built momentum, grown your business and achieved success — what comes next?

At our March Wild Fig breakfast, Nadia O’Connell will explore how entrepreneurs can create fresh direction and renewed energy through product and service diversification and the power of relationship marketing. This session is about expanding your business portfolio with intention — not just working harder, but thinking smarter about where growth can come from.

Nadia brings a unique blend of academic depth and practical experience. With a PhD in Relationship Marketing, a Master’s in International Marketing, and a background spanning private industry, government and lecturing at JCU and NYU, she combines strategic thinking with real-world insight. Now based at Firescreek Botanical Winery, Nadia continues to apply her expertise in ways that are both commercial and creative.

If you’re looking to shift gears, expand your offerings, or simply give your brain a new focus for 2026, this session will challenge and inspire you to think beyond your current model.

We look forward to seeing you there.
