How does a regional construction company stay strong, sustainable and strategic in a rapidly changing market?

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Mark has delivered some of Australia’s largest integrated building projects. Today, as Director and shareholder at North Construction & Building, he leads the company’s business development, pre-construction and operational strategies – all with a focus on sustainable growth and strong regional impact.

A proud Central Coast local, Mark is also a familiar face in the community – from his board role at Central Coast Grammar School to fundraising for cancer research through the Sh%tbox Rally, and his ongoing involvement with the Salvation Army’s Red Shield Appeal.

In this session, Mark will share how North Construction has become a leading regional building company – and how it’s planning for the future. He’ll speak candidly about the current challenges in the building sector, the company’s evolving focus areas, and the strategic roadmap being laid to turn adversity into opportunity.

Whether you’re in business, leadership or simply curious about what it takes to grow with purpose in a shifting landscape, this session will offer practical insights and inspiration.
