Wild Grace - A Deeper Dive is a follow on 1/2 day immersion from our March Somatic Dance.

Whether you joined us in March for the Wild Grace Somatic Dance and Sound Activation or you are joining us for your first time, together we will create an afternoon to explore both the wilder aspects of self as well as our Grace.

Over the time we spend together we will explore bringing out your freedom to express, to play, to connect and to explore yourself and in each other.

When we explore together in these group containers we deepen our own ability to be seen and witnessed in our fullness and to create more open hearted connection with our humanness.

We hold both—the wild feminine and grace—like two sides of the same coin. One is raw, instinctual, and untamed; the other is fluid, receptive, and poised. Together, they create a woman who is both fierce and tender, storm and stillness, untamed yet deeply centered.

Grace allows the wild feminine to be expressed with wisdom, and the wild feminine keeps grace from becoming rigid or performative. They dance together, shaping a woman who can be both fire and water, both thunder and a soft breeze.

In our ½ day immersion “deeper dive” our intention is to help each of us drop in and remember that we are both, and that we can, together, with love and support, encourage each other to reclaim these parts of our feminine nature.

This day will include movement of yoga and somatic dance

JODY BROWN is a woman dedicated to the path of the heart and the embodiment of our humanity for the purpose of discovering our own authentic truth and freedom. Jody has spent years in embodiment and inquiry practices and has been teaching yoga since 2012, has trained in Somatic Therapy, multiple body work therapies, Embodied Inquiry and Somatic Dance.
