You’ll be introduced to the principles and practices of Rebirthing and Holotropic Breathwork, learn the breathing techniques, and explore the diverse experiences that may unfold during your session.

Guided Breathwork Journey
As you move into your Breathwork Journey, you will begin a profound exploration of your inner self. Using conscious connected breathing, you will have the opportunity to delve deep into your subconscious mind. This immersive experience allows for deep emotional release, self-discovery, and transformative growth.

Integration and Sharing Circle
Conclude your Breathwork session with the Integration and Sharing Circle. This reflective time allows you to process and integrate your experiences while sharing insights and breakthroughs with the group. Connect with others, gain deeper clarity, and celebrate the transformative journey together.
