Our signature experience is centered around the mystical beauty of the olive tree. You will spend a full week immersed in the exploration of all it has to offer.
LESSONS FROM THE LAND

olive harvest: ancient cultural practices to unleash your inner muse
forage: intuitive guidance through local plants
tea: tune into the spirit of the herbs for emotional and physical support

MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS

yoga: daily classes at the spartan yoga shala (appropriate for all levels and ages)
meditation: yoga nidra, walking meditation
chakra dance: embodied alignment
intuitive & embodied decision making

FULL MOON RELEASE

herbal heart-opening support (with introspective journal prompts)
morning moon flow
