‘Wild Song’ Inner Child Expression & Voice Activation Journey

This 3 hour workshop is offered as a 2-part Voice Exploration & Sensory Sound Healing experience with Vocal Coach & Musician Elisha Xantaya.

It is an opportunity for deep healing, access to your inner child’s free expression, & a playful introduction to Voice Activation, using your voice both in song, and for ‘tuning’ or harmonising your energy & physical body (cellular function).

In the inner child journey, you will be gently guided in meditation & sound, to discover & regather any lost fragments of your inner child, held as grief or pain in the energy field of your body from the formative years or the moment(s) that ridicule, shame, fear or trauma shut your voice or self expression down.

Then we get playful with our instruments, discovering the joy & creativity that opens through ‘Best-friending’ yourself, and we’ll start getting cosy & spontaneous with our unique voice resonance, finishing with song & body rhythms!You will have joyful endorphins flowing & a huge open heart by the time we finish.

This is deep work, and in my experience it doesn’t have to be heavy. The transformation that happens through shared vulnerability in an intimate & safe group container, in playful collaboration with our inner child… is profound & delightful.

Over the many years I have been journeying with clients, I have witnessed the healing power of journeying with the child self that is alive & well in us all… cheeky, delightful, wise, innocent & eternally powerful, where we remember ourselves as divine creation.
