Wild Under the Moon

A Guided Sensual Embodied Dance Experience, designed for women and our powerfully expressive bodies.

The class will follow the Sensual Embodied Dance ® methodology, which includes a Warm Up, Devotional Erotic Dance sequence, Group Embodiment and Relational Practices, Free Dance, and completes with an Integration process.

This is a supportive space for authentic self-expression, nourishment for your dancing soul, and delight for your senses.

No dance experience required, no trendy dress code.  Simply come as you are.

We will dance outdoors, in the quiet country, under the full moon.  

You will be guided to open your senses to the land, to the aliveness inside your body, and with each other.  

Ultimately to be moved by the pulse of life itself.

Be bathed in night sounds, be moved by earthy beats, and allow the sublime magic of moonlight dance you alive!

It will be my absolute pleasure to hold this space for you.  

For you to unwind and enjoy, as you let your body give voice to whatever arises in the moment.

Please come in clothes that free you to move wildly, and with layers, as it may get chilly.

Bring a mat for resting on the ground, water to drink, and the dancing fire in your heart.

We will start at  5 pm, please arrive 10 mins or so before.

Directions - There is a Big sign at the road entrance, reads 'MALI'

Follow the dirt road down the hill, past the dam, and park at the bottom of the hill, on the grass if it is dry.

OR IF we have had recent wet weather, please instead turn Right at the fork,

following the direction shown on signs 'Function' and 'Residence'

Park at the top of the hill, near the house.

Please give yourself the freedom to dance deeply, and leave your children in good care.
