Sarah Seahorse is an award-winning,neon-saturated wearable art artist, costume designer,and craftivist, specializingin fashion, millinery, and wearable art that serves as a powerful commentary on social, environmental, and political issues. Holding a Diploma in Costume Design and an Applied Bachelor ofCommunity Development,Sarah brings almost two decades of experience to her role as an accomplished designer, expert seamstress, theatrical milliner and innovative pattern maker.
