WILD WEDNESDAYS is a unique to BEASTS ATHLETE INSTITUTE pioneering SPEED & STRENGTH for SPEED program and it's designed as a high intensity small squad masterclass for WA EMERGING SPORTS ATHLETES 13yrs+ that are super hungry for higher performance sports conditioning and coaching.

WILD WEDNESDAYS are a (2) PART ( per session ) PROGRAM =

Part #1. SPEED for SPORT

FIELD ~ focused on acceleration, agility, speed, & conditioning to grow your game and, there is no substitute for pure pace in sport.

Immediately flows into ~

Part #2. STRENGTH for SPEED

GYM ~ within a small gym squad environment with epic coaches & a sprint sports scientist.

These sessions are run at City Beach on field adjacent to and in a gym and and runs all year round.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS TERM 1 2026

Block 1 & 2 can be booked separately at the beginning of each block or together at the one time ~ flexibility to suit your circumstances.

BLOCK 1 - 4 weeks
4th February - 25th February @ $150 (+ gst + fees)

BLOCK 2 - 4 weeks
4th March - 25th March @ $150 ( + gst + fees )

WILD WEDNESDAYS are a truly GAME CHANGING extra to any ATHLETE"S program where you will train with like minded, sports loving, EMERGING SPORTS ATHLETES all wanting to go places. It is a GREAT program. full of GREAT people, shaping GREAT players all getting GREAT results !!!
