• Do all attendees have to be home schooled?

  The H.S. Events Inc. Board exists to coordinate, and host Christ honoring events for homeschool high school students and their guests. Guests of a homeschool student do not need to home schooled, however every attendee does need to complete their individual registration for entry to event.

• May a parent remain on site during the event?

  Parent(s) are invited to meet the event host and security team. The H.S. Events Inc. Board has vetted and trained a host team of professionals and first responders to be on site during event. To best serve and maintain security throughout the duration of the event, non vetted guests, including younger siblings are kindly asked to exit venue.

  If you are interested in serving in some capacity at an upcoming H.S. Events Inc. event, please feel free to submit an email inquiry, and allow 24 hours for a reply.

• When will event photographs be ready? How will do I receive a link to event photography?

  The H.S. Events Inc. Board contracts with professional photographers for most events. The professional photography link available 3 - 4 weeks after the event, which will be emailed out to attendees through the ticket platform and posted on the instagram via:

  @hseventsinc and @christianheritagesports

• If my student has limitations or special needs, may I remain on site?

  As the H.S. Events Inc. Board seeks to graciously welcome all guests, guardians, parents and caretakers of an attendee with limitations, and may be on site to assist guest to most comfortably enjoy the event.

  A discounted event host ticket may be available if guardian, parent or caretakers would like to enjoy a meal while on site. Please submit an email inquiry and an H.S. Events Inc. Board Member will happily assist with a tailored registration process.

  

• Is there a discount to multiple ticket purchases?

  Thank you for your event inquiry. While there are not discounted tickets for multiple ticket purchases, there are multiple payment options with the Humanitix ticket platform.

  The H.S. Events Inc. Board seeks to be mindful of event costs, with the goal of offering the lowest ticket price available. As the H.S. Events Inc. is a non-profit organization, it is eligible to corporate and private donations, which assist to offset event costs, allowing for a lower ticket price for guests.

  If you or an organization are interested in donating to a scholarship fund, please submit an email inquiry or simply donate on the ticket purchase page.

• What type of music is played at H.S. Events Inc. sponsored events?

  The H.S. Events Inc. Board contracts with various professional vendors, live bands, and DJs who understand that our events are sponsored by Christians, with the goal of providing five star events that provide wholesome milestone memories for homeschool high school students.

  Music played may best be described as celebratory wedding reception and greatest hits throughout the eras. Follow @hseventsinc and @christianheritagesports to scroll through previous event content.

• Does my student(s) need to be enrolled in CHS or a Classical Conversations Community to purchase a ticket?

  H.S. Events Inc. guests do not need to enrolled in a specific home school program.

  Although the H.S. Events Inc. has its roots with Christian Heritage parents who have coordinated and hosted the long standing spring home school prom for decades, all high school home schoolers are welcome. The mission of H.S. Events Inc. is to serve high school home school students and their guests, who do not necessarily need to home educated.
