If you’re drawing a blank, this might be your sign to say yes to a weekend away.

Once a month, we gather at the beautiful Dune Lakes Lodge to do something quietly revolutionary: to slow down, reconnect, rejoice, and remember that we, too, are nature.

To breathe deeply.

To laugh loudly.

To rest without having to earn it.

To reconnect with the woman beneath the to-do lists, the many roles, and the endless tabs open in your mind.

Together we’ll spend time with one another, the horses, and the healing presence of nature. There will be meaningful conversations, gentle movement, nourishing food, private space to simply be, and the company of women who understand that sometimes the bravest thing you can do is stop. To slow down. To do nothing. To become a student in the beautiful art of Wu Wei, effortless being.

No experience required.

No need to be “spiritual.”

No need to have your life figured out.

Come exactly as you are.

Horses live in the present moment. They respond honestly to how we show up—calmly, clearly, and without judgment. Spending time with them can help us:

• Become more grounded and confident

• Develop clearer communication and boundaries

• Reconnect with our natural sense of ease and self-trust

All sessions are thoughtfully guided to ensure safety, comfort, and a deeply supportive experience.

Where You’ll Stay

Dune Lakes Lodge is a unique sanctuary surrounded by rolling pasture, ancient sand dune landscapes, wetlands, lake and sea. It is peaceful, quiet, and feels like a world away yet deeply grounding and real.

All bedrooms are private, so you’ll have your own space to make yourself feel at home.
