Event description

Wild Within Dance Presents...

A Dance With Nature

Come and Join us on Saturday 25th September for this FREE event.

What better way to start your weekend than with an early morning dance and nature immersion! In a world that is so chaotic right now the best thing we can do is dance our troubles away and be immersed in Mother Earth as we do so. This event is a time for you to surrender to the Earth, to dance wild while the mud squelches between your toes and the leaves get tangled in your hair. To sway with the trees and spin under the open sky, finding the rhythm that runs through the roots of the Earth. To awaken that inner child that loves to roll around in the mud and not care how dirty you get! This is an opportunity for you to dance wild, connect back to your body and nature, feel held by the Earth in a loving, non-judgemental community of people.

This event is for you if...
- You want to move your body and love to dance.
- You feel the call to be around nature.
- You want to deepen your connection to the Earth.
- You want to re-wild, bring peace to your mind and invite nature back in to your heart.

The event will include some grounding techniques, connection exercises, dance improvisations and a guided meditation/relaxation and most importantly a whole load of fun!

What will you need:
-
As this is an early morning event you may need some warm clothes/blanket.
- Some water.
- A journal (Optional)
- A spare change of clothes. (You may get dirty!)

Who is welcome?
- Anyone!!

No dance experience needed

This event is FREE, however if you could please register your details so I can keep track of numbers that would be amazing!

The event will be held at Long Tan Park on Currumbin Creek Road. We will begin promptly at 06:30am and the event will last for roughly 1.5 hours. After, if anyone wants to hang around there will be time to get to know each other or go for a cold dip in the rock pools!

I look forward to dancing Wild with you all <3
