Selenge is Mongolian-born and has spent the past 15 years living in Australia. Her yoga and meditation journey has taken her through India and Bali, and for the last 10 years she has been sharing her practice in Australia. She brings a unique blend of powerful yet playful teachings, offering healing yoga and movement practices that inspire freedom, connection, and joy.

Selenge's yoga takes your through a slow, primal flow where you’ll loosen your muscles, get your blood moving, release tension, and awaken your energy and spirit.

Sacred Rage Ritual teaches you tools how to move through anger, frustration, rage and other difficult emotions, alchemize it into passionate clarity and liberation. With a foundation in Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences and over 25 years of lived relationship with horses, she bridges modern physics with ancient nature-based wisdom.

Shaped by her own journey through burnout, stress, deep nervous system and lifestyle recalibration, Ashleigh specializes in guiding others into authentic heart-centered alignment. She is known for translating the science of frequency medicine, equine energetics, and nature therapy into embodied, accessible experiences.

Through sound healing immersion journeys, guided meditation, vocal toning, grounding practices, and co-regulation techniques inspired by horses, Ashleigh supports people to slow down, reconnect with the Earth and their unique inner truth, reclaim their authentic voice, and re-align their lives.
