Have you heard of vision quest? Maybe you’ve wished to just go and sit in silence in nature but not known where to go or felt supported in that? In this retreat we will facilitate a 36 hour quest.

Be gently guided through the process of water fasting and sitting with self. We will feed you nutritious and supportive food either side of your quest as well as be available for support during the entire 36 hours. On the other side of your quest, we will encourage journaling and share time.
