WILD WOMEN DANCE
Event description
AUTHENTIKA MOVEMENT PRESENT:
WILD WOMEN DANCE - Embodied Dance Journey
When: Wednesday February 24th (5 - 6:30 PM)
Where: Coolum Bridge Club
An invitation for ALL women to return to their sacred Temple. I invite you to an embodied dance journey where I intend to guide you home. Home is where you feel connected to your most authentic self. Home is where you feel safe to express your highest desires. Home is where you are unapologetically YOU.
Through a combination of guided and free movement, we shed all of the layers restricting us from being the women of our wildest dream. As we tap into our Wisdom Body, we activate our inner Wild Woman. She is RAW, AUTHENTIC and follow her instinct. She is connected with Pacha Mama and Honor her bodies natural rhythm. She is Free and live fully her soul's purpose.
Join into a safe sacred pace to dance wild with other women. A container in which. We feel, we trust, we connect, we laugh, we love, we liberate through movement.
A little bit about MOI...
Sara Gauthier-Santerre is an Embodied Temple Keeper, Intuitive movement Facilitator, Joyful Dancer & Lover of life. Technically trained in Modern Ballet, Jazz and Hiphop, she strives to bring a more holistic approach to Dance.
She Believes that anyone can Dance and Inspires others to tap into their most authentic, unique self through movement. She aspires to take her students on explorative movement journeys, leading to transformation & liberation.
Down to Earth, she allows us, as a collective to reconnect with our sense of belonging and connection to nature. She believes that dance is a way to create a bridge between the physical realm and the divine. The body is a Temple, the Dance is a prayer. As we embody our prayers with movement, we call it into being. Just like a mantra, if we repeat it over and over again, we attract the energy that we radiate. Therefore, we move intentionally and gracefully with of our own uniqueness and co-create a New Earth in motion.
With love,
Sara
