Join us for sunrise yoga on the beach on Saturday 20th, where the rhythmic waves and mindful movement converge to elevate your well-being. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, we invite you to experience the transformative benefits of yoga.

Meet 7.15am at St Clair Beach (on the beach below The Esplanade), for a walk and a yoga class from 7.30-8.30am.

Due to demand Jo has agreed to do another yoga session on Saturday 27 April. This session cannot be held at sunrise due to the tides.

Meet Meet 10.45am at St Clair beach (on beach below The Esplanade), for a walk and a yoga class from 11.00am-12.00pm.

Hosted by Jo Woolley Yoga: Jo discovered yoga in South East Asia in 1998. She was drawn to the classical style of Iyengar Yoga with its focus on extending with correct alignment, developing strength, flexibility, balance and inner calm. Jo became a certified Classical Hatha Yoga teacher in 2017.
