Wild & Crafted: An Intimate Dining Experience

Join us for an intimate five-course vegetarian dinner in collaboration with Léonie from Racine, where thoughtful cuisine meets meaningful conversation. Guests receive a small simétrie piece and join the satisfying ritual of shaping pasta by hand ~ creating part of what they'll consume and deepening their connection to the meal through the act of making.

Through carefully curated discussion, participants explore the tension between wild and crafted ~ from the origins of materials to the conscious choices made in what we consume and wear. Together, the evening examines how food and fashion carry cultural heritage, sustainability, and the poetry of personal expression.

Weekend Pop-Up

The dinner is part of a weekend experience where simétrie's atelier comes to life Friday to Sunday, 10am-5pm ~ a free immersive pop-up where visitors witness leather transformed into sculptural forms. Watch live bag-making unfold, discover new pieces launching, and meet founder Simone.
