Event description

Join us for an afternoon of transformational breathwork with Canadian breath-master and wilderness guide, Steve Beattie, during his second Australian tour.

Our breath is the bridge between the worlds—linking body, mind, heart and spirit. In this powerful guided experience, Steve invites you to explore your own inner wilderness through the ancient art of breath.

This workshop combines music, rhythm and circular breathing to open deep states of meditation, release tension and reconnect you with the life force that moves through all things. As the breath deepens, we access layers of emotion, intuition and clarity that often remain hidden beneath the surface.

Wild Breath is an embodied practice that supports emotional release, physical renewal and spiritual awakening. Whether you’re new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this is an opportunity to return home to your ancient self—wild and wise.

Steve will be introduced by former Meditation Australia president and local Goonengerry resident, Asher Packman.

What to bring:
Yoga Mat
Journal and pen
