    Event description

You are warmly invited to the launch of WILDCRAFT: The science & spirit of wild plants as food & medicine

Sunshine Coast Naturopath Heidi Merika has teamed up with photographer Karina Sharpe to bring you a beautifully illustrated, comprehensive and practical guide to wild plants.

Have you ever pondered the weeds that seem to grow voraciously in your garden and wonder if they have a purpose? Many common backyard plants are bursting with nutrition and medicine, often far outweighing their cultivated friends. This book will inform, inspire and open your eyes into new ways of seeing.

Join us for an early evening of plant snacks by Botanical Chef Chay-Ya Clancy, and wondrous soothing music by singer Jeunae Rogers.

Everyone is welcome, donations are appreciated.

Preorders of WILDCRAFT are welcome and can be collected from the launch, there will be extra books for sale on the night and an opportunity to have them signed by the author.
